Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through your account or the carrier website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
